Reiki Healing
Reiki is a form of alternative therapy, also known as ‘energy healing,’ that allows the practitioner to transfer ‘Life Force Energy’ from the Universe to the client’s body through a hands-on technique. Our bodies have a constant flow of energy which passes through seven vital points called ‘chakras’. Over time, these chakras can become blocked with stagnant energy which can eventually lead to stress, tension, physical pain and/or illness. Reiki balances and restores the flow of ‘Life Force Energy’, helping to relieve tension and create calmness.
Full Body Reiki Massage – $90
Your reiki session will take place in a relaxing setting, including sound therapy and aromatherapy scents. I will have you lie comfortably on your back while I place my hands in a series of specific locations either gently touching or a few inches from your body. This will help cleanse and align your ‘Life Force Energy’. Each session lasts 60 minutes and will be designed to meet your specific needs while using various tools including crystals, singing bowls, and essential oils.
Chakra Cleanse and Balance – $60
Once you have had the full body reiki massage, it is recommended that you continue to receive reiki regularly. This will include a 30 minute customized reiki massage to help replenish and maintain balance of your ‘Life Force Energy’. This is not recommended as a first time session.
